Two First War French Verdun Commemorative Medals Auction Archive well marked with stamped 20Verdun Medal, Type II (bronze, engraver marked "VERNIER" on the obverse, 26. 7 mm, without ribbon, spotting on the reverse); and Verdun Commemorative Medal (bronze, engraver marked "S. E. VERNIER 1917" on the obverse, 36. 8 mm, discolouration evident on the obverse). Better than very fine.
